Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Acurel ("Acurel", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using our tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity performed with your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Access to Acurel tools is metered in credits. One credit is priced at €0.10; prices in USD, GBP and PLN are converted at reference rates displayed in the UI at the time of purchase. The minimum order is 50 credits.

• Credits are pre-paid and non-transferable between accounts.
• Credits are activated once payment clears.
• Promotional discounts apply only to eligible orders as described at checkout.
• Unused credits do not expire during an active account.

We currently accept bank transfer. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are coming soon. When you choose bank transfer, we email the banking details to the address on your order. Orders remain in "payment pending" status until funds are received.

Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate the AUP, applicable law, or the rights of third parties.

• You retain ownership of the inputs you submit to our tools.
• You grant us a limited license to process inputs solely to provide the service.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate — never use them as a substitute for professional advice.

Acurel, its logo, product design and software are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the service in accordance with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, the AUP, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time. On termination, remaining credit balances follow our Refund Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid Acurel in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where Acurel is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
