Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets rules that keep Acurel safe, reliable and lawful for everyone. It applies to every account, every credit and every AI tool on the platform.

You may not use Acurel to create, request or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Sexualizes minors or depicts non-consensual sexual content.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or credible threats.
• Constitutes hate speech based on protected characteristics.
• Contains malware, ransomware, or tools designed to bypass security controls.
• Impersonates a real person or organization in a deceptive way.

• Reverse-engineering, scraping or resale of the service without written permission.
• Circumventing credit metering, rate limits, promo eligibility or authentication.
• Sharing account credentials or reselling credits.
• Overloading the platform with automated traffic outside our documented APIs.
• Using the service to develop a directly competing AI-tools marketplace.

Acurel outputs must not be used as the sole basis for decisions that materially affect a person's rights, safety, health, employment, credit, housing or legal status. Always keep a qualified human in the loop for such use cases.

• Do not attempt to access data, accounts or systems that do not belong to you.
• Report vulnerabilities to [email protected] and give us reasonable time to respond.
• Use strong, unique passwords and enable available account protections.

Depending on severity, we may:

• Warn you and require the violating content or behaviour to stop.
• Throttle, suspend, or terminate the account.
• Refuse refunds for credits used to produce prohibited content.
• Report unlawful activity to competent authorities.
