Refund Policy

Acurel is a pre-paid, credit-metered service. This Refund Policy explains when we issue refunds and how to request one. It applies alongside your statutory consumer rights.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU/UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. To exercise it, email [email protected] stating your order number.

Important: by starting to use the credits before the 14 days expire, you expressly agree that we begin performing the service, and you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits already consumed. Unused credits remain refundable.

Outside the EU/UK withdrawal window, you may request a refund of unused credits within 30 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable.

• Credits already consumed by AI tool runs.
• Accounts suspended for violating our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase (outside statutory rights).
• Chargeback disputes filed before contacting our support team.

2. Include your order number and the reason for the request.
3. We respond within 3 business days.
4. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 days.

If you have not yet paid a bank-transfer order, you can cancel it at any time by replying to the confirmation email. Once funds are received, the standard refund rules above apply.
